Curtis Crandall
CEO
Since diving into the dental field in 2004, Curtis Crandall has climbed the ranks from an administrative role to the CEO of CranCo Dental Services as of 2018. Throughout his journey, Curtis has played numerous roles in the field, ranging from being an administrative and chairside assistant to lab technician and coach/consultant for numerous offices.
His experiences have provided him with a comprehensive view of the dental industry, fueling his drive to improve practice operational efficiencies, team member satisfaction, and ultimately, enhancing patient experiences. In 2010, Curtis expanded his footprint in the industry by purchasing his first dental office and later ventured into coaching. Currently, he shares his knowledge and guidance with over 40 offices across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and Michigan.
Outside the office, Curtis enjoys skiing and traveling with his family, embracing life's adventures with the same passion he applies to his work. At CranCo Dental Services, he is dedicated to leading with integrity, ensuring the delivery of top-notch services, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Lindsay Swink
Lindsay holds a pivotal position as the Chief Operations Officer at CranCo dental Services. In this role, she is committed to the optimization of daily operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional experiences to patients and clients.
Lindsay's responsibilities encompass the oversight of multiple dental practices, where her reputation for a strong work ethic and effective leadership is well established.
Her extensive clinical experience has provided Lindsay with a deep understanding of the dental field, which she seamlessly integrates into her operational leadership.
